User-generated content (UGC) is text, audio, video, and visual information submitted, given, or otherwise made available to Astropidity, comments, commentary, ideas, proposals, suggestions, plans, and feedback regarding Astropidity's goods and services. It also includes entries into contests and promotions as well as other content and information that is submitted, given, or otherwise made available to Astropidity. Every piece of UGC must be suitable for a family audience. When choosing your UGC to submit, provide, or make available to Astropidity, please exercise caution because it may be used in a public place like the Internet, and others may try to use it to learn information about you for any reason, including harassment. You are aware that Astropidity is not liable for how others may use your UGC or any information contained in it. Astropidity is under no confidentiality obligation regarding your UGC, your submission of UGC, or any other information relating to you or the UGC.

UGC should typically DO the following: -Be suitable for a family audience

• -Include no children under the age of 16 for whom you have not first gotten the express approval of their parent or legal guardian.

Generally speaking, UGC SHOULD NOT:

• -Refer to comparable items or trademarks of other businesses
• - Include any personal information or other identifying information of any individual without that person's express permission;
• - Use another person's name, picture, appearance, or likeness without that person's prior authorization.

Include malicious software, worms, damaged files, or other similar files.

• - Be unlawful, objectionable, racially, ethnically, abusive, hurtful, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, indecent, pornographic, invading another person's privacy, or any combination of the foregoing. You grant Astropidity and its respective licensors, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Licensed Parties") a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, unlimited, irrevocable, transferable license to use, publish, post online, copy, copyright, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, and otherwise use and exploit your User Generated Content ("UGC"). This license covers your UGC since it may be used in all formats, social media platforms, media outlets (the radio, television, film, etc.), advertising, marketing, and other distribution channels, whether they are now in existence or have been invented in the future. You acknowledge that the Licensed Parties have given you good and valuable consideration for the license by considering your UGC and possibly using it. You also believe that the Licensed Parties are under no further obligation under the license to pay you or any other person or entity anything in exchange for the license at any time. Transferring your UGC to Astropidity and granting the license outlined above are not subject to any requirements for credit or payment. You acknowledge that the Licensed Parties may pursue patent, trademark, or copyright protection for your UGC, that you won't contest or object to such protection, and that you'll do everything necessary to file for and perfect such protection, including signing all required paperwork. You are aware that the Licensed Parties are not required to use your UGC and may do so at any time for any reason. With or without your name, social media username or handle, or other identifying or branding information, the Licensed Parties are permitted to use your UGC for any legitimate purposes, including commercial ones. These uses could involve but are not limited to promoting or advertising Astropidity or its goods or services online through websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, media outlets, advertising, marketing, and other distribution channels, whether they are already in existence or are later developed. For instance, the Licensed Parties might repost your post on Twitter or Instagram. The use of your UGC by the Licensed Parties does not constitute or imply an endorsement or affiliation of you or any other person or entity. The Licensed Parties may post or repost your UGC with or without credit to you or any other person or entity. The remainder of this Policy shall be enforced in accordance with its terms regardless of whether a court or arbitrator finds any section of it invalid or unreasonable. This is provided that such enforcement is consistent with the parties' overall intention, which is demonstrated by the Policy as a whole.
